If the booking is made one month or more before the date of your holiday, the deposit due is £300 per week. The final payment is due one month before the start of your holiday and no reminder will be sent.
If the booking is made less than one month before your holiday starts, the full amount is due.
A security deposit of £200 per booking is required for the event of damage, breakages or the lodge being left in unreasonable messy condition, which requires extraordinary cleaning
Upon receipt of the deposits, we will send acknowledgement and directions showing you how to reach the Lodge, if you do not receive these there may have been a problem with your deposit, so please inform us or we will not be held to your booking.
Would you please inform us of your estimated time of arrival? If you are unavoidably delayed beyond you estimated time of arrival, please telephone us.
The Lodge will only be used for the purpose of recreational holiday and sleeps 10 people plus 2 babies 1 up to the age of 5 months and one up to the age of 3yrs cots must be requested for each baby - anyone exceeding this number, will be asked to vacate the premises.
Hen and Stag trips are not allowed and anyone found using the lodge for such events will be asked to leave with no refund.
The fire is not to be lit and No candles are allowed.
If you cancel your holiday, you automatically lose your deposit. If you cancel within one month, you loose the full amount. We strongly advise you to take out insurance.

You are legally bound to register in the guest book provided with your name address and nationality of all guests upon arrival. It is best if this is done first.
